Time is precious during the Holidays, so we want to provide an opportunity for you to workout and move on with your day, while still making gains with your health and fitness.
The Holiday Hustle is a dynamic program like no other. Using principles of high intensity training, the 1 hour sessions are structured so you gain muscular strength and endurance, rev your metabolism, gain confidence in your abilities, unload some stress, and workout alongside other motivated people. Each session is adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities allowing you the opportunity to push your limits, whatever they are.
Workouts are designed and led by Dr. Kat Sweatt, an expert in the fields of nutrition and exercise physiology.
Where: Mountain Brook Elementary Field
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15am-7:15am OR 5pm-6pm November 27-December 20
What to Bring: Water bottle and mat or towel
